How to delete your account

You can leave the waitlist or delete your Pidgely account at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost.
1. By email
Email privacy@pidgely.com from the address registered with us, with the subject "Delete my account" (or "Leave the waitlist"). If you write from another address, we will confirm your identity first.
2. In the dashboard (coming soon)
When the dashboard opens to everyone, account owners will also be able to delete the account themselves under Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. What happens
- API keys stop working and sending stops immediately.
- Account data, domains, message data, events and webhooks are permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Billing records are kept only for the period required by tax law.
- Before deleting, you can ask us for a copy of your account data.
Deletion cannot be undone.
