Join the waitlistWhy Pidgely costs less. Most email APIs resell someone else's infrastructure and pass the margin on to you. Pidgely delivers your email itself, so you pay for what you send and nothing else: 10,000 emails a month free, and paid plans from $9.
Prices in US dollars, billed monthly. The Free plan stops at its limit and is never billed. On paid plans, extra emails are billed at the end of the month, up to a monthly spending cap you set (2× the plan price by default). In Brazil, prices are in reais.
FAQ
Pidgely is an email API for developers. You send email with one API call, and Pidgely takes care of authentication, delivery, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, then reports back with signed webhooks. SMS, WhatsApp and push are next.
Yes. Pidgely accepts the same send request format as Resend, so most integrations only change the base URL and the API key.
No. Pidgely runs its own delivery infrastructure, end to end. There is no third-party sending vendor underneath, so there is nothing hidden to depend on.
Yes, there is a free plan. Free: 10,000 emails per month (up to 500 per day), 1 domain, webhooks and the full API; sending stops at the limit and the Free plan is never billed. Starter: $9 per month for 50,000 emails, $0.20 per extra 1,000; Growth: $35 per month for 250,000 emails, $0.15 per extra 1,000; Scale: $99 per month for 1,000,000 emails, $0.10 per extra 1,000; dedicated IP add-on on Scale: $25 per month. On paid plans, extra emails are billed at the end of the month, up to a monthly spending cap the customer sets (2× the plan price by default). Prices in US dollars, paid by card through Stripe; customers in Brazil pay in reais (BRL) with Pix, boleto or card.
On the Free plan, sending stops when you reach the daily or monthly limit, so you are never billed. On paid plans, sending continues and extra emails are billed at the end of the month, from $0.20 to $0.10 per 1,000 depending on the plan. You set a monthly spending cap for extra emails (2× the plan price by default); when it is reached, sending pauses until the next month or until you raise the cap.
By card, through Stripe, in US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly with an invoice for every charge, and you can cancel any time: the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Customers in Brazil pay in reais with Pix, boleto or card and receive a Brazilian service invoice (NFS-e) automatically.
Yes, on the Scale plan. Build templates with drag-and-drop blocks, preview them on desktop, mobile and in dark mode, and let AI write, rewrite, translate and suggest subject lines. Pidgely renders e-mail HTML that works in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail, and checks it for spam triggers before you send. Every plan can create templates in HTML and send them through the API.
Every email is authenticated with your domain, bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, new senders ramp up gradually, and accounts that put the shared reputation at risk are paused automatically.
We never sell data or use the emails you send for anything other than delivering them. Webhooks are signed, connections are encrypted, and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Yes. Keep contacts and segments in Pidgely and send broadcasts to them, now or on a schedule, with personalization and one-click unsubscribe on every message.
Yes. Use smtp.pidgely.com on port 465 or 587 with the username pidgely and your API key as the password. It works with any app or framework that speaks SMTP.
Open and click tracking, inbound email and automations are not available yet. Requests that rely on them fail clearly instead of being silently ignored.
